How to make submit button save information

I have created a submit button in my html page and uploaded it to the internet already, but i need the button to save the information in the form somewhere on my website or send it to me via e-mail, and redirect the user to another page. I have tried the "mailto" function but it asks the user to send the e-mail by himself and i don't want that to happen i just want to to be sent or saved directly after he presses submit button.
