update webpage dynamic with d3.js

To notify the user with date and time using d3.js. I am using JSON data where in my case the data from the server changes dynamically. if there is a change in my data in json, I would like to display the last modified date and time as, for example : last modified josn data: 11/06/2016 at 19:21 CET
