Diff Markdown to HTML

I'm looking for a tool/solution to get differences between two Markdown scripts.

I would like to track changes on each lines, and get a report in HTML.

I'm converting a word document to markdown script, and I would like to adapt the "track changes" functionality in my Markdown scripts.

Does anybody knows a solution ?
