PayPal Multiple donations at once

Is there a way in which I can have a donation button and when its clicked it will let the user donate in one payment to multiple users?

I am wanting to do this with each user paying their own fees on their received amount? Is this possible?

For example :

Donated $5.00

person 1 gets 70% - pays the fee for paypal

person 2 gets 20% - pays the fee for paypal

person 3 gets 10% - pays the fee for paypal
