make a right drop submenu css (jfiddle included)

I need help editing this menu and make that sub-menus will be with right arrow and open to the right.

(look at code>>>means HowRightArrowDrop? should be with right arrow and should open "Example" to the right). i have no knowledge in CSS, so i don't know if it's hard to implement or not. thanks for help!
