Bilingual English, Arabic site

I am developing a bilingual site which is responsive and would be supporting all the recent version of below list of browsers:

• IE 10+
• Firefox
• Chrome
• Safari
• iOS safari
• Android Browser

I am thinking of using flex box properties(eg flex-dirextion: row-reverse to create the mirror image in Arabic version) for this.

However, I am not confident whether this would work or not with the above browsers(Note: I have seen this link: http://caniuse.com/#search=flex for the browser support).

Has anyone used this? Also if anyone can help me with the best approach for this.
